    she wouldn't be allowed to tell that me prior to it being released via an announcement - that news is very material!!

    But if that is what the announcement is - the ASX should be able to process it straight away. They wouldn't need to go back to AZZ.

    Thats why would help if we knew when this was lodged to ASX
