Yes exactly. Buyer has stayed all the way up until this point. Maybe they were ready to close the deal, and make the purchase, but some small wording in the deal documents needed changing or a slight implementation had to be made to come to final agreement.
To me honestly, I think the $50M reduction is what's going on. And behind the scenes, they agreed to make a deposit when this was done and written in black and white.
