    Good point chand, I missed this scenario.

    A takeover bid is also a scenario on the table. Obviously JC wants to avoid this as he can no longer pay himself $1m per year and can't control what the funds are used for. But the buyer could launch a takeover for control of the assets at a discount.

    Hopefully we find out tomorrow. The anxiety is starting again.
