    PS:(articulix)your just on the band wagon. Watergirl, what your saying is correct i don't doupt it at all but from a "shareholder" perspective they would rather not dilute the shares. if they didn't have too. They'd prefer to attract private investment, as they have done, a private equity group based here in Melbourne. Woops did i say that?
