    reading this ann for the umpteenth time:

    funding arrangements: change to current arrangements (current mazzanine loan?)

    cap raising: imagine that to be a "sophisticated" investor getting it cheap and with freebies


    could be both in one swoop: new money in and terminate the mezz.loan?

    None of this will be connected to HDA etc as that would be royalties/income

    All guess work and will need to wait
