    If PB has esrowed those shares and options to GTS then them and US are in the money.

    That sign alone to the market would be a huge boost... Maybe 1c worth.

    Would be a huge filip for STI to go knocking on big pharmas door to remarket the expired patents.

    Certainty for STI and therefore certainty for the big pharmas.
