slv original timeframe on the everest north was jun2007 BFS and production startup jun-oct 2008, this news could potentially bring the startup forward into 2H2007. i am assuming that slv would have to prove up there resource before formal agreements would be made.

certainly something to get excited about, i put a value on everest north using 200M shares (for extra capital required) * $US500/oz (lower pgm price and extract costs) * 800,000 oz, still get $3

then i add 1.20 for washing plants, diluted for additional cap raising required.

obviously the risk is the resources boom might come under pressure in 2008 so would be great if we could get startup in 2007.
