    GTG need to crank up the Applera situation and get some sort of settlement before its sp will ever move convincingly - and how far away is all that? I think GTG will have to do a deal with Applera like PTD did with J&J, even though it would mean settling for less than the max. At least it would allow them and shareholders to move on.
