The traders do not see it as 'good news' as they are in it for the first announcement that says the step-out copper driling hit X% at a an interval of xm at depth of xm.
The current announcement does not say that so if you are an event trader you exit for your 0-15%, or at your stop loss, and chase another 'event' elsewhere.
Investors see it as an interesting result and another step in the right direction but too early to attribute any value towards.
Traders have exited after the last three or so announcements and may keep doing so in the immediate future until the 'big one' arrives, if indeed it does arrive.
Best to keep the difference between the two clear in yer mind.
