The Guildford pub is once again in the spotlight. The locals want the state government to resume ownership and repair/redevelop it. While the locals were vocal about the governments inaction not a word was heard from the owners. And we all know who they are don't we!!!

My concern is and has always been, what if the owners have the same disregard for SXI as they seem to have with the pub?
I should also add that I have cleaned this post up considerably from the original I wrote, in case it got moderated.
