The reason why the Tassie Devil is endangered is not because of trucks running them over, it’s because of a generic disease that was discovered in the 90’s, that inflames their throats which won’t allow them to eat, so they starve to death.
Vehicles do run them over from time to time, but it is certainly not the reason they are dieing out.
