Disclosure. I know Jacqui Lambie and she's more interested in jobs for Tasmanians than stopping a mine that will be as environmentally friendly as any.
Tasmania was the Liberal's best state so I can't see them blocking a new Tasmanian mine either. Labor is headed for 76, possibly 77 lower house seats and will have some support from Teal independents as well. I expect them to govern comfortably in their own right.
VMS has plenty of problems but I'm hopeful the Federal Government won't be one of them.
