Let's face it, GCL Poly didn't want to invest in LNC - they just wanted the right to the IP in China with a majority interest.

In my opinion, PB would have said that he wanted it structured by way of a "private placement.....share issue....blah blah........$4.50 a share......blah blah".

Certainly sounds a hell of a lot better than just a 33% minority JV in China.

Didn't the announcement say working capital of $15 million over the first 3 years? What for!!!!!!!!!!!! They are going to be making plenty of money within a year?

Very misleading announcement and subsequent reports to the media.
