Unfortunately that is the pressure that companies are under to make announcements.

Everyone complains when there is no news and when they announce some progress they are criticised because it is not a done deal. Too many Monday morning quarterbacks.

Personally I think this is a licencing deal dressed up as an equity investment. Nevertheless however the $120 m comes it is a good thing for the company.

As outsiders we are not privy to all of the things happening withing the company. Linc must be confident of their ability to raise cash otherwise they would not be spending the way they are. I posted on this the other day.
