Seems quite criminal this announcement - no doubt ASIC are investigating (joke :) Obviously the $120 million is not solely for 5% equity, yet Linc have construed it that way. Would be interesting to know who the major players are who took a position just prior to this announcement. Fortunately I bailed out yesterday morning before even seeing the announcement. Imagine it would've been much harder to sell seeing "AUD4.50 per share" in the announcement.
