Those quotes from the ASX release and SMH article say nothing of the sort...

Bond says he would like to have first gas with nine months and definitely within twelve months (probably a little bold but were used to that from him). Then that sentence stops and a new one begins which is obviously just an observation on China's requirement for energy resources and how the joint venture can benefit.
