Quick scan confirms the mines are Chelkar and Zhilyanskoe Salt Deposits in West Kazakhstan (not the Santimola mines).
Total purchase price US260 million.
Based on non JORC reports estimated target ranges of over 6.5 billion tonnes of potash salts.
Ercosplan (Germany company) engaged to complete JORC work over next 4 weeks.
Transaction to be completed by end of June/beginning of July.
Shareholder meeting to raise capital (among other things) via issue of 100m shares.
