The earnings for the discontinued business nyrstar are also relevant because they will do something with the proceeds, either add to earnings or have it invested for interest.
Their ownership of nyrstar whilst valued at less will also see them getting a dividend. so there is still room to grow in the share price.
An aquisition of two will certainly help as well.
