re: cryptic it is clear that the 'partners' have some problems - looks like they hate each other. That's not good for any stock, and it will have to be sorted out.

OPL seems to be going its own sweet nutty way, regardless of whoever else might be involved. They probably figure they have the time, projects, and money to see them through for quite a while - so stuff everyone else.

NEO are obviously still extremely confident of their prospects, which might be justified - I wouldn't know - but they are in a more precarious position than OPL. Money wise and prospect wise they have to make this one work, or else.

.... still, it's all gone a bit loopy...... the market generally doesn't like loopy.
