Hi PC. Agree about PhD's. But guess what - you can do one in management as well. Having done one after my MBA I have to agree that most are away with the fairies. It is not about what you add to knowledge. You could save the world, but if your referencing is wrong you are stuffed. It is an exercise in following process.

What I did learn however is lot about analysis, critical thinking, frustration and impatience. The former helped me find Mae, the latter helped me persevere with it.
