Announcement Logic

1) If you have positive news to release to the market - why not? If it impacts the SP positivity - say to $0.20 - 0.25 per share. We shareholders would be falling over ourselves to take up the CR Shortfall @ $0.17 plus 1/3 option.
2) If you have negative news to release - you would supress it until you could secure the placement of Aprox 3.8 Million (at last count) of CR Shortfall Shares?
Option 2 sounds more logical to me.
The only other option - hopefully is - buying and selling CR @ 0.17 to get free options - hope that's it.
