Well, 90% of corporates that go into China make a loss. l dont like those odds. China is the most difficult place to do business. The beaurocracy will rip them off and profits will evaporate.
Fortunately it is a small initial start, but expect it to be a long learning curve.
market reaction initially positive as they claim earnings accretive, not sure if they can make those targets.
It seems to me they are expanding too fast rather than focusing on getting current plant into production etc
once there is income it will be time to expand. not sure they will be able to get supply at a good price either.
