Medical Training Centre Operation to Commence in India
Melbourne, April 28, 2008 – The Board of Medic Vision Ltd (Medic Vision) is pleased
to announce that Apollo Hospitals Group has given the green light to commence the
development of a skills training centre in Hyderabad. The Hospital has allocated
approximately 500 sq metres within the Hospital campus for the skills centre. The
centre will be jointly managed by Medic Vision and Medvarsity, Apollo Hospital Groups
educational subsidiary, as set out in the MOU signed by Medic Vision and Medvarsity
late last year with revenue shared by each of the parties.
“We look forward to working with Apollo and Medvarsity on the establishment and
management of medical and surgical skills training centres throughout India and
internationally” stated Ross Horley, Managing Director of Medic Vision.
Medic Vision is also active with many other international skills training centre projects
and listed below is, an update on management activities relating to some of these
centres.
Torbay Hospital – UK
Construction has commenced at Torbay Hospital for the Centre for Education
Innovation & Research. Medic Vision has an ongoing consulting role for this project
and will commence negotiation within the next month on management and operation
services.
Good Hope Hospital Skills Centre - UK
Medic Vision is providing business planning and consulting services to Good Hope
Hospital in the development of a skills training centre. The objective is to provide
management and operation services.
Singapore General Hospital Skills Centre
Design has commenced in the development of a 5000sq metre skills training facility
at Singapore General Hospital. Medic Vision has been commissioned to provide
design and business planning services at this stage with discussion for Medic Vision
to provide a greater operational role.

Phase 2 of the Eagle Project (a centre of excellence for surgical education, training
and assessment) is well under progress with Medic Vision providing consulting
services.
The recent decision by Apollo and our ongoing activities with the development of other
skills centres and medical colleges and institutions is positioning the company as a
leader in the development and operation of skills training centres around the world.
