Agree NS, they have spent $4million and could spend that again on legal costs. This is one windmill they do not need right now in the light of what is going on over in Malaysia.
Worry about where they can source additional Ore down the track i think. After all , Mt Weld does have enough to keep the LAMP busy for quite a while plus NTU HREE is more important in the near term imo.
