From what I can see there is a linkage between this company and Vogin Software Company as per the below for the launch of mobile lottery –

Huacai Yingtong has entered into the Cooperation Agreement with Vogins to join hands in the development and porting of Huacai Yingtong’s mobile lottery software to Vogin’s VRE platform, to enable the provision of mobile lottery ticket purchasing application to mobile phone users with handsets preloaded with the VRE platform.

In addition I note that as per the following announcement link VODone has been working with Vogin in preparation for mobile lottery launch. Vogin is a middleware provider.

Based on these connections and without researching in detail the relevant specialties of each company, I am reading into this that the announcement Fredick posted is linked to a broader partnership between China Mobile, VODone , Huacai Yingtong and SMA. The announcement notes “By cooperating with numerous strong partners…”

Hopefully all cards are falling into place and we will have a big announcement for launch soon
