It appears you are correct and Sicilly rightly points out that Austock Nominees is there for GFA. Maybe GFA does not want to look like the big bad wolf and used Austock again to make their intentions less obvious.

Maybe that other 850k was sold to a nominee or family of JT especially if he made some noise with ANZ liquidators, and that is all he could afford to re-buy for now.

My preference would still be for JT to get his stock back or for another player other than GFA to buy them. The delay till Wednesday gives that scenario a chance.
