If I was a bondholder then in return for continuing to fund the company I'd probably have MBN dilute existing shareholders effectively out of existence by issuing large numbers of new shares and then consolidating later. That way they end up almost owning the company in return for keeping it alive.
Of course I know nothing about what is really happening so it will be interesting to see the outcome.
