Thanks Yellowman, that is indeed all sounding rather positive.

My first impression of this Assett Spin-Off, is that the bonus for GPN owners will be in GPN's large holding in Yellow Rock Resources, whereas in the last attempted spin-off, only 15% in YRR would be retained.

In the last few days I have gone through the old proposal, and firmly see this new one being of great value for GPN owners.

I particularly like the gold tenements, and the current share price as entry. lol.....I can say that now because I have sured up a nice holding. I shall top up more on opening tomorrow.
