The way I look at it, if you ever wanted to average down in this stock there is never going to be a better price, literally, it can never go lower than 0.001 unless of course it is liquidated. For me it really is a no brainer having missed the opportunity to do it last time it hit 0.001 on price, this opportunity like a blessing to me. However there is ALWAYS risk, you know there is no saying that one of the directors has a friend who has been the one buying up recently in order to fool the market into an idea that something is going on before he released this announcement, the purpose being that holders will actually be happy to jump on this issue, cause think about it without the recent buying there would be a whole different attitude towards this issue, and maybe it wouldn't be taken up so enthusiastically (even by me!).... but I am willing to take this risk! goodluck all holders and hope we are on something good :D
