Hi,

Can someone please explain what can happen now with the WIM 150 following the announcement yesterday?

Please keep in mind that APG does not require any further funds to get the company to the commercial stage. No more cap raising is required. They have all the funds required to get commercial promised to be funded by Kronos. The best part is that production and income are months away, not years!

So, getting back to this decision, what does it mean?

PS It doesn't take Einstien to work out that news of this "drop of appeal" was out to someone two days ago when the share price rallied from 3.7 to a top of 4.5 PRIOR to the announcement.
