Interestingly, ATC have raised an additional $2 million working capital less than 2 months after another share placement. The interesting thing is that they are using the money "for working capital and capital expenditure purposes to increase the Company's network capacity following recent customer signings and increased demand for the Company's services."
Also, the issue has been taken up by "strategic investors in line with the Company's desire to broaden its shareholder base".
This looks like a prelude to something bigger.
