Probably not alot in there that we don't already know so not sure what effect this will have on the share price, probably very little. They've also extended the closing date for the placement by 2 weeks. Pretty obvious with the share price grovelling below offer price that take up is quite small. Maybe they have something else up their sleeve to push the share price up in the next 2 weeks.
