    "the company expects to remain in suspension until Monday, 11 March 2013 or an announcement is released."

    The previous request was "on or before March 5th".

    So I believe they aren't technically forced to update today. The 'or announcement is released' wasn't necisarily refering to early release. It could be refering to next week/month, etc.
