announcement out- any comments?

Last evening annoucement out re share sales and restructuring - also again today -
I read as Australon dumping about 6 mill shares and that this will happen on a regular basis as per court settlement - thus more downward pressure on stock.
My last communication with company was not replied and phone call not returned re how much revenur from dockland project and also if any delay on tenaga deal . I gather there is a delay on Tenaga based on this response ( if at all to go ahead ??? ) I remain concerned. Would anyone else like to contribute. thank you.
