Axiom Mining (“Axiom” or “the Company”) are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr John Bell as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary. We also welcome Mr Nguyen Le as a senior member of the finance team. Both come as experienced finance professionals.

Mr Bell has been the CFO and Company Secretary of ASX listed companies over the past 13 years. Prior to this, he was a director in the Equities Division of ABN AMRO Australia working on Australian and international equities and corporate advisory, as well as working internationally for major companies as a senior finance executive. He also has extensive experience of managing operations in South East Asia.

Most recently, Mr Bell owned and managed a successful advisory business advising ASX listed companies on issues such as managing rapidly growing businesses, integrating international financial reporting and international taxation issues in the Asia Pacific.

Mr Bell also has experience as a senior finance executive in the mining and engineering industry. Just prior to the establishment of his own advisory business, he was the CFO of a mining services company where his role included capital management, investor relations, ASX compliance and overall management of an organisation which included 150 drillers/operators. Mr Bell holds FCPA and FCMA certifications and is a member of the Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Le has come to Axiom from Royal Bank of Scotland where he was a Senior Financial Accountant. Prior to this, he spent the majority of his career at The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and Royal Bank of Canada in a similar role specialising in international and intercompany reporting.

Mr Le speaks fluent Vietnamese and will form an integral part of the Vietnam Strategic Planning team in ensuring a successful listing of Axiom?s Vietnamese assets in Vietnam. He also is a CPA and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Axiom CEO, Mr Ryan Mount said “Our rapid development plans in Vietnam and Solomon Islands means that we are continuing reviewing and adding to the company?s personnel skill sets.”

He further added “John and Nguyen bring a wealth of financial experience to Axiom. With the advancement of our international assets, they will ensure a sound integration of our satellite office finances including reporting and taxation.”

Mr Bell replaces Mr Mike Wells as Axiom„s CFO and Company Secretary.
