    Announcement out. 100% off-take, That's great. no need worry rail and port allocation. Cost around $50 million, EBITDA 15 million. Open pit operation with 1.7:1 stripping ratio.

    Scoping study for the coking project should be out soon, I believe it will be very attrative.
