TRADING HALT
The securities of Tissue Therapies Limited (the ?Company?) will be placed in pre-open at
the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company.
Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in pre-open until the earlier of
the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 15 April 2011 or when the

Tissue Therapies requests voluntary trading halt
Tissue Therapies Limited (Tissue Therapies) has today voluntarily requested a trading halt of its
securities immediately, pending an announcement regarding a capital raising which is intended to
be released to the market before commencement of trade on Friday 15 April 2011.
The trading halt request is for a period of two days.
Tissue Therapies is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
