    they are getting such a fantastic deal, yet they have to raise cap. what a heap of sh...! why would you dilute the co. if you have a strong cash position, SM said cash burn of 166k a month, should have enough to last us till dec. at least.
    Lets hope share holders get to participate, this mgmt. has fed us with so much BS i am ready to sell now!
