Hey Garykildey, I doubt they will try and do it all themselves, a partner with existing inroads is the best possible play. The beat up on here as of late is as if we have been told there is no deal at all. This simply isn't the case and we knew from reports that they had 4 interested parties with 3 showing very strong interest.
There's plenty they can use the extra money for. It could be the case that existing potentials are playing TIS against their own balance sheet saying that they are going to have to fund all other country submissions and potential trials in the US etc etc, so are only offering $??. Steve may have reported this to the board who in return has said, easy fixed, let's raise capital and take that blocking factor off the table, it will be better in the long run for TIS.
I'd like to know from the loud spoken ones on here absolutely rubbishing management and whether a deal will ever be done if they are going to sell all shares straight away when we open?
