It has been my opinion for a while that the "prospective partners" would not sign a deal until the product achieved EU approvals , not just completion of trials.
I will go one step further. They will not be interested until the product gets Pre Market Approval (PMA) as a device in accordance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act from FDA
SO I think there will be a long wait. The upcoming CR will be to cover the costs for PMA and further validation.
TIS is not calling the shots ... the prospective partners are. TIS has made a mess of this in the form of absolutely irresponsible and innaccurate information to shareholders.
Ok. Need to get over the end March deadline fiasco but I now think we have a super long wait .... I wonder what TIS will tell us about the wait time. In this regard, no news is bad news.
