Kiwi I think you are missing the point, maybe reread sscw's post.

They closed the SPP early so as NOT to raise the full amount. As sscw pointed out, something changed half way through the SPP. They twice extended it, then all of a sudden they wanted it closed asap.

No doubt they believe what was raised will last, and if they do need to raise again it would be at a much higher price with far less dilution.

All 3 directors subscribed to the full amount, which is probably why they haven't updated flows post the SPP. We'll just have to wait to see what sort of a deal they've put together, but sounds to me like it'll involve a cash payment.
