I think this report is better than expected.

Best expectations were 6,000 to 8,000 bopd at peak. EORI now confirm 8,000 to 12,000 bopd at peak.

2 1/4 years is not a long time for peak production...alot shorter than most had expected. Compare that to how long it takes for offshore oil fields to be brought online. If 80% can be revovered within 5-6 years after re-pressurisation that will really improve the NPV calculations.

New engineering manager is definitely a big plus.

Now the big one to wait for is the CO2 supply.
