23 mill was already known to market so how much has been factored in already?
Reading the report still gave me alot of uncertainty especially this "assuming specific quantities of
CO2 were available and specific numbers of injection and
production wells were employed."
Question for me is how long before they can get hold of enough CO2 this looks like the re-rating factor.
still a big risk with this one.
