    they have a signed term sheet but offer up absolutely no details in the announcement (not even ball park suggestions of headline $ amount)

    if there was anything positive for existing shareholders it would have been included in the announcement - how do they generally fare in recapitalisation transactions involving seaport group?

    imo the only way this will open at 2c is after a 10 for 1 consolidation - and even then it will be touch and go
