From the announcement..
"upon completion will lead to a major restructuring"

There's the hint of what is to come!

Major Restructuring hardly sounds good for existing shareholders.

If the bank and creditors take a haircut and settle for less which is very likely, Shareholders will lose nearly everything.

That's how these things work.

I personally think this is heading for Administration with Seaport providing the funding to see them through Administration and out the other side.

That's the Major Restructuring they are talking about.

At least we will probably find out the answers soon
