Understand your concern on Murchison but keep in mind two points.
The high cash costs are for stage 1 only and by stage 2 they should drop significantly and so on with subsequent stages.
We have ample cash to get through to stage two if gold price is low -or if the cash is used for Andash, then stage two can be financed through Andash cash flow later. With Andash running we don't need to worry about short term POG dips.
In any case the very high grades from the two diamond holes in the starter pit for stage 1 are likely to result in cash costs being well below what was estimated in the FS.
Considering how low the ave grade is meant to be for this pit it does not take too much high grade ore to bring the average grades up significantly.
For example if you have 20 tonne of ore at 1.5g/t and add just 1 tonne (or 5% more) of ore at 20g/t, your average grade jumps from 1.5g/t to 2.4g/t. That is a 60% boost to ave grade by adding just 5% more ore at high grade. That would have a very large impact on cash costs.
I don't know just how much ore will be added and at what grade but we hit 5m @ 102g/t and 17m @ 9.6g/t 50ms apart.
There is likely to be more in between and quite possibly more at depth. That will have a significant impact.
