Do they have to wait 6 mths to improve an offer?
Is making offer unconditional, they can pay out all acceptors, and also ties up acceptors (directors)?
Are they picking up the few apples and sxtend last min. today?
Or maybe good news comming out now and soon, so holding off to make a better offer later to mop up?
