Question,
Is it worth spending time and money on going to appeals tribunal to fight injunction when high court date is 2 weeks later? Why spend the time n money exploring when it can possibly be taken away from us?? Unless axiom want to fight injunction to access land to take drills and other equipment?
Thoughts anyone?
