hey guys,

i have not posted for a while but have been following the threads as a substancial holder of Avq.

i have a few questions if anyone can help>

once we return to the high court after the court of appeal on the 6/12 are we definitely going to have that same poor simple of a judge as last time or is there a possibility of another judge presiding?

will there definitely be a decision handed down on the 6th or could the case go months longer? and is this why axiom are appealing the restriction on prospecting? because if it does go longer then its better to be drilling while the case is being decided because obviously they are confident?
