If you are holding long term then they have added more cash and can look at more opportunities if they happen to present themselves. The quote "Is the glass half full or half empty" comes to mind. IMO they are raising cash as there is plenty of interest in this sector at present and things may change quickly at any time, better to take it while its on offer and have it in the bank ready to use when needed.
